Quickwin Casino

Responsible Gambling Policy

Last updated: March 2026.

QuickWin Casino is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for players in Australia. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries real financial risk. Most players lose money over time. The tools and resources on this page are here to help you stay in control.

Our Commitment

QuickWin operates with the following principles:

  • Gambling is entertainment, not a strategy for financial gain.
  • Players should only wager money they can genuinely afford to lose.
  • Chasing losses typically results in greater losses.
  • Every player has the right to set limits or stop playing without penalty.
  • Individuals showing indicators of harm will be treated with care and directed to appropriate support.

These reflect the standard we hold ourselves to in every interaction with our players.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Gambling may be causing harm if you notice any of the following:

  • Spending more time or money gambling than you planned.
  • Using money set aside for bills, rent, or essential expenses.
  • Increasing bet sizes to maintain the same level of excitement.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling.
  • Attempting to win back previous losses by continuing to play.
  • Hiding gambling activity from people close to you.

If any of these apply, we encourage you to use the tools in your account or to contact a support service.

Account Tools

All Australian players have access to the following tools via account settings or through our support team:

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Reductions apply immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
  • Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss amount over a chosen period. Play is suspended once the limit is reached and resumes when the period resets.
  • Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration per gambling session. You will be notified when your limit is reached and the session will close automatically.
  • Reality Checks: Receive regular in-session notifications showing elapsed time and total wagering for that session.
  • Cool-Down Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Deposits and gameplay are not available during this period. The cool-down cannot be shortened once activated.
  • Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform. Account access is removed, re-registration is blocked, and all marketing is stopped immediately. To request self-exclusion, contact support via live chat or email.

BetStop: National Self-Exclusion Register

Australian players can register with BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, at www.betstop.gov.au. BetStop allows you to exclude yourself from all licensed Australian online wagering services simultaneously. Registration is free. QuickWin participates in and enforces all BetStop exclusions.

Protection of Minors

QuickWin does not permit access to its services by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is conducted as part of our standard KYC process. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. If you believe a minor may have registered an account, please contact our support team immediately.

Marketing to Vulnerable Players

QuickWin does not direct promotional communications at players who have self-excluded, activated a cool-down, or been identified as showing at-risk behaviour. Players who have opted out of marketing will not receive promotional material. If you receive communications you did not consent to, contact support.
